Lower Blood Sugar Smoothie

1 Cup Greens (minerals and alxlizing)

1/4 Avocado (healthy fat)

1/2 Cup Grass Fed Yogurt (beneficial bacteria for your gut)

1/4 Cup Strawberries (low sugar fruit with antioxidants)

1 Tablespoon Ground Flaxseed (high in fiber)

1 Cup Ice (it's cold..lol)
