2 cups fresh spinach
1 cup coconut water
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 teaspoon coconut butter (manna)
1 teaspoon chia seeds
Combine in a blender and mix to desired consistency. You can use frozen blueberries, but decrease the coconut water just a bit.
You can also use coconut oil instead of the coconut manna, just make sure that it’s cold pressed organic.
