Eat your Energy! Elevate your health with this unique and intensive 12-week course. Together we will take it one step at a time to master the you personal wellness plan. Start with biomarks to find out where you are, then apply the weekly lessons and nutrition plan to improve those markers! You can reset your current metabolic rate and take “years” off of your life. You can do it with the the support of a community, videos, tools, recipes and accountability.

Classes are based online with local weekly meetings. You’ll be part of an exclusive Facebook group where you will connect with other members who are doing exactly what you are. There will be daily videos, articles and recipes. We’ll be taking a trip to the store (virtually), setting up our prep days and doing a party makeover.

If you’re local then you’ll want to meet with us every week. We have great spaces and times available. You’ll also have access the the Metabolic Scale. This device will measure 8 different biomarkers, including your metabolic age! Let’s do this and watch those numbers drop!

This plan is centered about high healthy fat, moderate protein, lots of veggies and really tasty food. Recipes are simple, ingredients will be used several times and left overs are part of the meal plans. We’ll keep it nutritionally dense, economical and always tasty.


Each week you will be equipped with a complete meal plan, grocery list, daily videos and delicious recipes.
