Dill is generally used for digestion problems, but it has also been seen to help with high cholesterol, infections, urinary tract problems, sleep disorders, fever, colds, and honestly the list goes on and on.

Dill & Lemon Chickpea Salad
- 1 can of chickpeas, rinsed
- 2 sprigs of dill
- 2 teaspoons of olive oil
- 1 lemon, the juice
- salt & pepper to taste
1. Toss all of the ingredients together.
