Ingredients:

1/4 cup Crossroads’ Kombucha Ginger + Ginger

1tbsp fresh ginger, finely minced

1/2 tbsp garlic, minced

1 1/2 tbsp honey

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Directions:

The night before you want to grill or prepare a meal indoors, put meat or veggies inside a large zipper bag or snap-top bowl, then pour the the marinade over and shake to coat. (This recipe should easily coat up to 1 1/2 pounds of meat or veggies). When you’re ready to prepare your meal, shake the bag.
